« A wonderful place to stay. A home away from home. Very friendly. Wonderful, clean and spacious. Loved the kitchen with all the pots, pans, stove, microwave and enough plates and cups. Washer, dryer and dishwasher. We only missed a clothes rack to hang up the laundry we did not want in the dryer. Outside lounge set, bbq and fire pit. The bathroom was clean. Loved the interior design. Close to the shops and restaurants. 30 minutes away from Algonquin park. We really enjoyed our stay! Next time...

« It was our very first time to Algonquin. We enjoyed outdoor activities at the property on the first day, and stayed indoor for the last two days due to bad weather. We had lots of fun with Kayaking, canoeing, fishing, taking pictures, playing board games, playing Switch. The view of fall on the lake was fantastic. We even gave up visiting provincial parks nearby. It exactly like you enjoy painting pictures when you looked out the windows. The house warmed up quickly and evenly with floor heating...

« The property is unique and pleasant. Very peaceful in contact with the nature. Close to the beach and to the dock. Is not crowded and the staff very helpful. My recommendation bring your grocery there because there is no walking distance to the supermarket. The closest store is 10 minutes drive. »

« We had a lovely stay. The house was excellent and the location was great. Enjoyed using the boats on the lake. Being bug season and a bit wet while we were there meant we couldn't sit outside on the deck or front porch much which was the only downside. »

« Cottage is even better than the pictures. Fabulous location with lots of parking. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. We all enjoyed heated floors in bathroom as despite it just being October it was cool and we even saw some snow »

« As soon as we saw the house, it was beautiful and we couldn’t wait to begin our vacation! The house was very clean, amazing views and a dream away from home. We loved how the house was in the middle of everything if you had to make a run to Walmart or shopping. We especially loved the water view and how quiet and peaceful it was. « In Huntsville area to visit with grandchildren. Booked this location for the close proximity to Huntsville, for the lake, water activities (kayaks, paddle boards) and pet friendly. Could not have asked for a better location !! The Windermere is a bit rustic, but well appointed and we loved it. Can’t wait to visit again !!! Also, the cleaning staff, especially Miss Lady, were wonderful - Thank you ! »

« Marjan's cottage was perfect from the very first day we checked in! I stayed here with my family including my dog so I'm very happy that this cottage was pet friendly! Marjan had 2 bowls for my pet and even had a wonderful enclosed deck where my dog could play and be safe. The check in process was very easy as Marjan communicated with me in a timely manner and told me what to do to check in as soon as I arrived on her property. The kitchen, the living room, the dining room and all 4 bedrooms...
