« I don’t generally like to write negative reviews but after reading all the 5 stars review in felt I should share my experience. We had room 62. The view was nice the room was like in the picture. But the state of the room was terrible, the carpet was full of holes and stain the space between the bed and the wall was about 6 inches you have to crawl sideways. There was a dirty rag left on the bathroom floor but the cleaning people. For 300$ NZD for the night we were not expecting a 5 star...

« We loved the waterfront location, especially during the quiet season. It is a lovely little apartment. The main bedroom has a wonderful outlook, as does the very comfortable living area. We also enjoyed our croissant breakfast on the balcony!It would have been helpful to know in advance that the kitchen facilities were rather limited, although the Russell Hobbs bench oven was helpful. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here. »
