« This property is fabulous! It’s a historic building, in a fantastic location, close to everything in downtown Durham. It’s also only a half mile away from Duke’s east campus. The third floor unit is very spacious. It overlooks a courtyard, so no nosy neighbors looking in though the massive windows.
