This home is all about its exceptional location. This condo (Unit 2D) is in the heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. Six restaurants alone on the building's block. Immediately next to East by Southwest restaurant, one of Durango's finest and most acclaimed dining establishments. One block from Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Next to the Animas City Theater. Amaya spa directly across the street.

Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality. High-end luxury finish with complete entertainment and surround-sound system. Flat panel televisions throughout and full cable with on-demand. Building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking garage (height is 7'6") with guest spots available for parking.

Master - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (main floor)
2nd Bedroom - Queen (New 40" mounted TV) (main floor)
Main Living Space - Queen Pull Out Sofa (TV and DVD)

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Perfect location and very comfortable

The property is just as it appears in pictures. Primary suite was comfortable, and roomy. Plenty of room for clothes and other travel stuff. Bathroom roomy and great for two. Other bedroom was also comfortable but much smaller. Kitchen was well stocked snd all equipment worked.

Visiting son

This was a great home base for our family when we were visiting our son who is in college at FLC. Nice sized rooms, comfortable kitchen area, we were about to make family dinner and not have to be out every night. The location was ideal, we could walk main straight from the condo. The codes for the doors and garage were a little temperamental, but overall we had an excellent stay. Thank you.

Great Stay

Very nice condo. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice having garage parking. One of the guests/residents on the floor had two dogs who were off leash and aggressive with our party on two occasions, no owner heard or seen.

Wonderful condo and fabulous location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo had plenty of room and was easy walking distance to the main streets with restaurants, bars and shops. Would definitely book this place again if we come back!

Property was located in the heart of downtown Durango and perfect for getting around town. We loved all the restaurant choices and an easy walk to the Silverton train station. Loved our rafting experience at Mild to Wild.

This is a great little condo located perfectly near downtown Durango. We never cooked so I can’t speak to how well stocked the kitchen was but it was a comfortable stay.

Loved the location

Great location close to downtown amenities. Garage parking was awesome in the snow. Someone in another condo had a party 2 nights out of the 7 we stayed so it was a little loud as you heard every noise through the windows. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

The condo was at the most convenient spot. close to the train and Museum. One block from the start of Main Street shopping and restaurants. Everything you needed right there. Parking on the street or in the garage. easy access with the codes for front door and condo entry. Space was all we needed. Wouldn’t change a thing!

Lovely Durango condo

This is a very comfortable property which is conveniently located in downtown Durango. Everything was as advertised and we were quite comfortable here and would consider booking again. It was just my husband and myself for most of the visit, although our grandkids stayed one overnight with us. The only small difficulty we had was using the code to get into the front door of the building (while the garage access was no problem, and the apartment access was fine also). I finally determined that the problem was the front door keypad is used both for phone numbers and for alphabetical listing of tenants. If someone before you used the phone access, your code doesn't work. However, if you first press one of the two alphabet buttons, your code will then be accepted with no problem.

Excellent location for riding the Durango and Silverton Railroad. It would have been nice to have a listing of the TV stations. The master bath has no doors. The lighting in the rooms was not good. Otherwise it was good.

Great property....1 1/2 blocks to ice cream and crepes 😉 , railroad station and shops. Comfy bed and well appointed with dishes etc in kitchen. Big ans roomy. Would stay again!

Downtown condo

The condo was very nice and clean. We loved the location of being so close to downtown but it’s right next to a smoke shop that constantly has people smoking in the parking lot. We traveled with 2 toddlers and felt the property accommodated families very well. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was as expected with these exceptions The grill had nor been cleaned. Still food in it. Half the wall TVs didn't work. Closets were half full of building materials. Dishwasher was full of dish ware (not put away). Windows were hard to open (stuck) Normally, one box of Kleenex should be supplied.

This condo is super comfortable and in a great location to walk to everything you need. It was great having underground parking and a perfect place to keep our bikes. The only downside is that the deck is very small and overlooks rooftop and noisy air conditioners. We used the common area deck a couple times though which was much better.
