« I'm still not clear whether this was a Vacasa or VRBO reservation. I checked in at 4:00 and was instructed to use a code to enter the building; no code was provided, which was not a problem since the door to the building was unlocked. However, when I returned later that evening, the building was inaccessible. I contacted Vacasa who sent the check-in instructions and they informed me that they no longer were managing the property???? So they could not help me. We had to wait outside for 30...

« Condo was clean with plenty of amenities. The condo property itself is a bit outdated and could use some TLC on decking, etc. The hot tub was missing a lot of tiles, but otherwise clean. We had a good time while there. »

« The location was clean and beds were comfortable. There was a washer and dryer complete with detergent and dryer sheets. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, flatware, coffee pot/water kettle. The AC units struggled to cool the entire property so nights were left kind of sweaty and uncomfortable. There was a finishing nail sticking out of the flooring into the upstairs bathroom that I cut my toe on. If not for my next attribute, I would stay here again, but the hike to get to...

« Just a few items, miscommunication about the lock box. The 4 digit code was never given in the check in instructions. Since the property required a FOB access before you can gain entry and use the SMART lock for entry to the rental, our check-in was delayed until we contacted the manager several times to retrieve the code. We had a problem with the SMART lock. I believe the battery on the unit died or the unit malfunctioned. This prevented us from locking the rental anytime when we...
