Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath tri-level townhome is located just across highway 550 from Purgatory Resort and is 24 miles north of downtown Durango (less than a 30 minute drive). Relax in the private hot tub and enjoy the mountain and slope views or sit around the firepit off the Master Deck! The townhome is perfect for multiple families as it features 2 living spaces (on different floors).

The deck off the main living space features a hot tub, seating and a BBQ Gas grill while the deck off the master bedroom on the 3rd floor features a gas fire pit with seating. The townhome features the expected amenities such as WIFI, cable TV, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided), garage and a fully stocked kitchen.

The townhome is part of the resort so you have access to free on-demand shuttle service to the ski lifts but since it is across the road you enjoy the privacy and additional space a townhome affords (it’s part of a duplex). At 8,900 feet of elevation, the home is a gateway to an amazing winter playground and also serves as the perfect summer retreat, with a million acres of national forest land at your doorstep offering all your favorite mountain activities. It’s only a 2 minute walk to Twilight Lake for fishing and paddle boarding and as well as Purgatory Flats Trailhead, one of the most scenic hikes in the San Juan Mountains. Horseback riding, jeep trails, an alpine slide, and the Purgatory Inferno Mountain Coaster are all less than 5 minutes from the home.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
