« Beautiful place. Loved it! »

« Overall it was very pleasant and quiet. Lots of deer, turkeys and one bear. The most well behaved cat also lives there under the porch. Hot tub and hammockwas very relaxing. Cobwebs on most light fixtures, mattresses in both upstairs and downstairs main bedrooms were worn out. A couple cooking pots were so old and worn out, they were not usable. Minor things, but very fixable. Artwork was beautiful! »

« Great, privately located house with million dollar views! We absolutely loved the large attached deck with what must be the largest hot tub on the market. A fantastic place to socialize and eat while enjoying the outdoors and fantastic views. We could have spent all day out there. But the house is just as nice. The two living areas (upstairs and down) make it great for a large group to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked and had what seemed like new appliances. The beds are comfortable and...

« What a beautiful condo So peaceful and in a perfect location. Not far from Durango, Silverton or Purgatory. A great base camp. Bathrooms are gorgeous. Porch overlooking the golf course and communication was great. »

« The house was very modern and pleasant. My family enjoyed the location, amenities and it was very clean. Great location within walking distance to the river walking trail, a brewery, a coffee shop and other eateries. Lots of space for the whole family and our pets with a great living room and dinning room with fantastic views. Lots of games, books and entertainment! The well equipped kitchen made a great environment to cook in. The bedrooms were a nice size and the beds are very comfortable....

« We really enjoyed our stay here! We only stayed one night, but the house was perfect for what we needed. It was in a nice neighborhood and walking distance to town. The house was clean and just as described in the listing. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch enjoying the nice weather and watching the deer walk through the neighborhood! »
