Very disappointed
Very bad experience. Although we had already paid for the night, we preferred to sleep in another hotel (and therefore pay for another hotel)! The first room we were given smelled of cigarettes and was located in a corner of the hotel (the window was on a wall!). I asked to change. The second room had a blocked door, so we couldn't get in. Finally the third room had a very bad wifi. The surrounding area and the hotel were not very reassuring or family friendly. My children did not feel reassured by the idea of sleeping here, so we preferred to go to another hotel more family friendly and comfortable. The receptionist was understanding. This is the first time we have had such a disappointment, especially since I take the time to read the reviews of previous guests. But it seems like the recent reviews (after I made my reservation) are pretty negative too. I should have checked for updates before we arrived!

Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. We get a lot of high ratings that don't correspond to your experience. The exterior corridors make for a more open environment that is uncomfortable for some guests. We are considering closing some of the corridors to strike a balance for our guests. We would like to investigate further the circumstances of your stay if you can please call the property that would be helpful to us.

Très bon hôtel
Avons apprécié cet hôtel, bon service, chambre confortable mais climatisation plutôt bruyante. Espace piscine et spa sympa mais nécessiterait une remise en état et un nettoyage plus soigné. Très bien situé.

Rooms have poor sound insulation that you could hear the slight noise from the room on the second floor. The beds are old and have some squeaky noise. The sink and bathtub drains not working and the water collects and drain very slow. Good hot breakfast for the price.

Low quality- at first glance it was ok but stains on sheets, missing handles on closet, not sure it was cleaned well. Lots of just unfinished touches. The fridge was loud and the a/c was like a jet engine . Couldn’t watch tv it kept trying to make me log in - overall just low quality

This is a motel with a u shape around a parking lot. These were common in the 70’s and 80’s. This place is that old. The pool says temporarily closed. It has been closed for a very long time and shows no sign of reopening. Our room neighbored a room with a dog that barked a lot. It would seem that some of guests are really transient workers staying for the long term. Many things in the room were not safe. Electric service for example… 2 lamps on the room had 2 outlets in the base. None of them worked. They all wiggled and contact was intermittent. A cheap multi outlet was full of cords from all over the room. The bed was ok. The shower was ok. We did not stick around for breakfast. I find it hard to believe that Wyndham would put their name on this property.

Floor was dirty, mirrors looked like a 3 year old cleaned them, dusty, in desperate need of refurbishing, door looked like a 3 year-old with a can of spray paint had painted it, fan in bathroom was incredibly loud, and worst of all-the shower didn't drain! There was still water in the tub this morning after my husband's shower last night. We reported some of our concerns this morning and the staff member at the desk just looked at us with a blank stare. Worst hotel we've ever stayed at!! I took pictures to document this.

This was a terrible place and not up to Wyndham's standards. The room was filthy and falling apart. There were 4 of us traveling together and both rooms we had were terrible. I would like to request a refund of my money, since I had to go stay at another hotel!!!!!

I was told the room had recently been remodeled, but they did a terrible job. The bath tub was stained with dark patches that looked like dirt, and had beige and white stains as well. There was no heat, until management sent me to get a space heater from another room. Return air vent under the desk was covered in dirt. Paint over spray was all over, and electrical outlets were too far from appliances. Direct TV was not connected to the TV and I had to fix the window blind myself.

No fridge after moving into another room because the tv would not work. Mexicans were yelling and fighting in the parking lot until 4 am. They said they would take care of the two different reservations and to stay I. The same room and then said that it was going to cost more. The pool was not in operation!!! I do not recommend this dump to anyone!!!!

Hot damn, cold water in the shower! Missing bathroom baseboard revealing mold in the wall. Staff was indifferent to the cold shower. Heater sounded like jet engine that turned on every 4 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want to use your room for sleeping and/or bathing.

Managers were unfriendly. Room wasn’t clean, I requested floors to be cleaned (hair, dirt) but it wasn’t done. Towels smelled of chemicals, the room smelled of a strong unpleasant cleaner. I would not recommend staying here.

Breakfast had lots of variety. Food quality was not the best. Floors in room were dirty. Walked around in bare feet for a short time and our feet turned black. Ruined socks walking on the floors. Property was pet friendly but had no outside space for dogs to use for potty breaks. Pool was closed. Appears that all The heating units were being removed from the rooms leaving ripped up And broken tile in the bathroom. Could see the ground (ie dirt) in the crack in the bathroom. Walls where the heating units were ripped out were plastered and painted a different color. Not the quietest place in town. On a busy street with lists of noise. Definitely not worth what we paid.

This hotel was just honestly .. gross. The floors were filthy. There was used toilet paper in the bathroom, the tub had filthy hair come up in the tub (it wasn’t draining) there was no hot water. Electricity didn’t work to charge phones .. we switched rooms and the other room had the same issues. We left two nights before check out and didn’t even ask for a refund it wasn’t worth it we just wanted to get out and find a different hotel. Don’t book here. Save your money.

Sorry for your Inconvenince caused at your stay, All our house keeping staff is proffessionally trained its impossbile to be left used toilet paper in the room, you never complained about hot water thing in your entire stay and now you are mentioning this issue, before you lot of people stayed in that room no body has a phone charge issue but you does, that is the reason we have changed your room, where is this point that you left 2days earlier, did u inform anyone that you are leaving? no refund will be provided to you as we didnt know that you stayed or left.

There was no heat at this hotel. They were in the middle of remodeling and my room had a space heater. It was extremely dirty, and the front staff was not available.

This place was awful..,our sheets were dirty and had pubic hair on them. We got in late in the evening so had no other place to stay. Went down to office to let them know. They gave us so called clean sheets to put on our self because they literally don’t have any employees. And didn’t even offer any type of apology or reimbursement. We literally got catfish does not look like the pictures at all . Also pictures shows that they have an indoor pool. The whole pool room is stacked with boxes and cluttered up. To where you cannot even walk in and no water in the pool at all. Looks like they use it for storage.

Really disappointed… I thought with the name Wyndham that it would be a nice hotel, but this hotel clearly has been rundown. We got to our room, and there was no heat …when we called the front desk and explained that the thermostat was set at the highest temperature, they said “oh that doesn’t work” and instead they brought us a space heaters and plug them into power strips, which you should never do as it’s a fire hazard. There was no hot water and the place was filthy. You could see candy wrappers, and food crumbs on the edges of the floor behind the bed. We stayed one night since we got in late and checked out the next day ahead of our scheduled stay. I have no idea what’s going on at this hotel, but there were so many things that were not working… The pool wasn’t working, I had to wait for someone to come to the front desk when we checked in, etc. As I said, really disappointed…

The thing that made this hotel stand out was the hot tub and pool in the outdoor biosphere. They were not working and the front desk man gave a lame excuse as to why they were not working. This hotel was bought by an Indian family and they are running it very cheaply. The excuse about the hot tub and pool is an example of this. They also locked the ice maker room door every morning which was very irritating. And, crazy, there was no one at the front desk every morning during one of the busiest times of the day. There was a sign saying the front desk staff was away for a short time, but this happened every day. Get the pool and hut tub working - this is the only thing that made the hotel special and different from other hotels on the main strip.

Our bathroom room light didn’t work, the staff came to fix and taped the switch on with electrical tape which doesn’t stay sticky for long, so the light had to be on the entire time which was hard to sleep with two toddlers. It was on main street with poor insulation so could hear all the cars, my mom’s room the heater was out so they had a space heater in there which didn’t work well. The shower was not warm water, the staff was rarely at front desk, and the morning breakfast food was stale and not good.

No fitness room. Pool not working. Both advertised on website. Tv didn’t work. Room had bad smell. Shower drain plugged. Breakfast limited.

Sorry for your Inconvenince caused at your stay, firstly when you come after checked-in you didnt let us know about bad smell, tv didnt work, If you could have said us we would have definetly helped you.
