« Icansay that this is very good accommodation. Clean, new, friendly and with good facilities. However, something needs to be done about the constant late night door slamming. Very disturbing as my room was ground floor. I think this was stupid guest. Soft door closers would fix this. I absolutely would stay again. »

« Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

« Worked excellently for our large family with plenty of bed space and a lovely large garden. Hosts were very hospitable and very good communicators. Beautiful neighborhood just off the main road and very near to supermarkets and train station. Would gladly stay again. »

« House was lovely and in a great location. Was very spacious and well equipped apart from lack of recycling bags and washing up equipment. Was hard to get hold of the owner and get check in instructions. I had to chase a few times and get vrbo to chase them. On the morning of check in I was advised to transfer a security deposit of a few hundred pounds to get the check in details. It was all fine but I was nervous we wouldn't get the details in time. « Well stocked kitchen, enclosed and safe garden for little ones, parking for two cars but, if we had needed extra parking, the station car park was very close. The play area infant of the house was great. The bedrooms bright and comfortable. »

« This was a beautiful house to stay in. Very homey, clean and spacious. The jacuzzi was a great touch. I would definitely book again but with others next time. It was a little pricey and big for me, husband and two under 2. I Would for sure recommend for 6-8 people. »

« Ashfield Lodge is in a very peaceful location but with easy access to main routes within a short distance. There are views of the garden and nearby fields. « We so enjoyed our stay at Upper Bank Lodge. It is very convenient for country walks, the town and station; also within walking distance to the lovely Royal Standard pub! The house was very comfortable and welcoming and we felt very at home there. Thank you Dan! Julie & Martin »
