Attention très bruyant
Attention, demandez à ne pas avoir une chambre au sous sol, car très bruyante. On entend les bruits des véhicules et passants comme si on était dehors!!. Impossible de fermer l'oeil. Sinon, les chambres sont petites mais bien équipées et refaites. Le personnel est très attentionné.

Nous sommes satisfaits de cet hébergement. La chambre est totalement conforme à la description et la literie très confortable. La maison est située au calme et l'accueil était courtois. Notre déception a porté sur la recherche d'un restaurant le soir qui s'est avérée compliquée. Petit déjeuner standard

Accueil chaleureux. Chambre spacieuses et bien tenue. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est copieu.

Very easy to get to on the outskirts of the city. The room was a good size with an extremely comfortable bed and lots of little extras - snacks and water - as well as tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was amazing - all freshly cooked and absoluteky delicious.

I really enjoyed my stay and loved the building. The breakfast was cooked fresh and was really nice. Owners are a nice couple, who are willing to accommodate. My late check out was no problem. My only issue was the hot water/shower. Because it’s an old building, there’s a knack to getting the shower to run hot and a knack for the hot tap for a bath too! Luckily I learned on the first night of my stay! If you don’t know, both just run very cold!

Perfect stay. Close to the top of Perth Road, very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and cooked to order. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Comfortable and cosy stay
Had a lovely one night stay. Room was very spacious and came equipped with all that I needed. Bed was very comfy and never experienced any disturbance from fellow guests. Barely heard any noise so it was a surprise to see so many folk the next morning at breakfast. Owners were so lovely and welcoming and nothing was ever too much hassle. Only minor downsides to this place is it is slightly outdated decor wise and there was single glazed windows in my room which made the room slightly cold but that is expected in an aged property. Otherwise no complaints and will gladly stay again.

The Scottish breakfast was a feast and was a great start to the day. Good price, considering what other hotels charge, for what is ultimately a bed for the night. Maybe slightly dated, but hospitable, and owner very personable and helpful.

Really pleased with my nights stay - staff very friendly and helpful - got an upgrade and the room was clean comfortable and spacious Very quiet too - only at breakfast did I realise there were quite a few other folk staying - breakfast was awesome - cooked perfectly and quick service. Nothing negative really - would stay again

There were 3 of us and we were given a room with 2 single beds and a double. It also has a sofa, table and 4 chairs. We had a lovely view from our windows and the room had tea and coffee making facilities and also provided bottles of water and pringles. We only stayed 1 night but enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The hotel offers spacious comfortable accommodation. utilities services should be overhauled to avoid guests having to wait for many minutes to get running hot wate. There's a reminder note on the wall inside the room about this inconvenience! Once the problem is fixed a stay there will be much nicer

This was my first time to stay here. I have no complaints whatsoever about the place. Delicious breakfast, friendly helpful staff, comfortable & spacious room, tea/coffee & bottled water in room with biscuits & Pringles. Fluffy towels & lots of warm water.

Very spacious comfortable room with very comfortable bed with breakfast cooked to order with good choice and excellent service. Hot water takes a while to run through but is fine once it reaches you and noise from adjoining rooms and bathrooms can be heard so noisy neighbours would be an issue.
