Our spacious home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 8 guests. With cozy bedrooms and inviting common areas, you'll have plenty of room to unwind and spend quality time together.

I appreciated the location & felt safe. As an older woman traveling alone, I chose a home with a garage for safety & convenience. I didn't cook or use any of the appliances except for the frig which was clean. If I had wanted to cook, I think there would have been all I needed in the way of tools, utensils, dishes, etc.. Of course, it has a dishwasher so I wouldn't have had concern about using any of the supplies. The washer & dryer are nice. I always prefer no carpet, but there were no visible, eye-catching stains. I appreciated that the surfaces I wanted to use in the kitchen & bathroom weren't covered with "chatzky". I didn't have to move anything to use the counters in the kitchen and only a couple of things in the bathroom. I am happy to recommend this property.

Short notice of trip and we found a place for us all to stay. The house had plenty of sleeping quarters stocked well with towels, sheets, blankets and pillows. Lots of seating in the living area and outside.

The home was a good size to accommodate for family visits. We had some issues with the garage door opener and the table chairs were old and falling apart. But the bedding was very good and in good quality. The kitchen could use more utensils but the washing and dryer was brand new and soap was available.

Spacious Duncan Home
Enjoyed our weekend at this very lovely home. Big TVs, comfortable beds and great seating in this nice ranch. Our dog enjoyed the back yard and we loved the quiet neighborhood close to everything. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again!

Perfect for girls trip!
We flew in from Pennsylvania to attend my nephews graduation from Fort Sill (a hop skip and a jump from Duncan). There was plenty of sleeping options and everyone in our group had their own space. The beds were super comfortable and the house is spacious. communication with the property owner was the best I have ever had as he responded almost immediately. I don't know if we'll ever need to go back to Oklahoma, but if we do, we'd book this house again.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay of three nights. Beautiful, clean, well maintained home. The only downside was the neighbors dogs barking, but the positive definitely outweighed the negative and we would stay there again if in the area.
