« We stayed 6 Nights and found a cottage with very modern furniture, all you Need in the kitchen, own BBQ Grill Outside including Picnic Area. Allthough Its in the countryside, with a lot of nature around (trees, River, sheep, Cattle, birds and Flowers- you have a stabile wifi Connection. So What ever you seek- you are able to totally relax and disconnect or connect via the net. The Host family is Nice and live also on the ground in case you Need anything. Galloway Forest Park is nearby with walks...

« Absolutely a beautiful place to stay with a large group. This enormous facility comes with huge bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. It is so nice to sleep in rooms that feel sound proof. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful, especially at the end of our long trip through Europe. »

« A very comfortable and warm house,we all enjoyed ourselves,4 adults and the dogs!Joan and her husband were very friendly,we were welcomed by Joan on our arrival.It was hsrd to.leave as we were settled and comfortable. « House is very well designed and furnished to a very high standard and us only a 10 minute walk from the village and 5 minute walk to the golf course. The views from the decking area are beautiful. We were met by our host Kate who could not have been more helpful. Lots of beautiful walks with breath taking scenery. »

« We loved this house was close to where we needed. The only thing disappointing was we had to rush to be out by 10 with there being a few of us as well. We did text to see if the house was being taken the next night to see if we could add another night but got no reply and was showing available online but didn’t want to do it online again as we would of had two cleaning charges. Apart from that it was ideal for us and would use again »

« Really away from it all location which made travel a bit longer but so worthwhile. Large comfortable warm lodge with loads of stuff for young kids, masses of space inside and out and brilliant old style bedrooms. Lovely, helpful available onsite housekeepers. Great trip, totally worth the drive. »
