Everything was in good condition, and clean. The only thing was the heating system which was a little bit confusing, and the apartment was quite cold.

Apartment looked nothing like it did online. More of a dorm room. Terrible experience. Restroom had no hot water. Holes behind toilet. Outside door walls ripped apart. I want a REFUND! I also have photos of these issues. I would not stay here again.

We didn’t get the hotel that we reserved, they said it was a “water” problem in our original reserved property, the Occonell apartments. They gave us another sight called the Georges Quay, that had no view and seemed a lot smaller than what we were expecting, but it did the job. It Had bedrooms one queen bed and one twin. Full kitchen and was close to everything. If it were my original booking I would stay again.

Tyvärr hamnade vi inte på OConnell Bridge Apartments, utan på College Gate. Enligt uthyraren så var det inte möjligt att bo där, pga problem med brandlarmet. Vi betalade samma pris dock. Så tyvärr kan jag inte recensera.

Bo Bra Centralt
Mycket centralt boende. Trevlig kontakt med hotellpersonalen. Snabb hjälp med taxibokning och fönster som inte gick att öppna. Lägenheten städades efter halva vistelsen och vi fick nya lakan,handdukar mm. Diskmaskin saknades , vilket hade stått i beskrivningen, men vi blev omflyttade till lägenhet med fler bäddar så det kändes helt OK. Tvättmaskinen tog in vatten efter att tvätten och torktumlingen avslutats. Ev. är det nån backventil som saknas. Jag ska meddela hotellet detta. Trafik-ljud hela natten och morgonpigga byggjobbare förgyllde vår "ljudmiljö". Men vad annat kan man förvänta sig då man semestrar centralt? ;-)

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon einmal hier. Allerdings hatten wir da ein Apartment mit 2 Bädern. Mit 6 Personen ist das schon angenehmer. Diesmal hatten wir ein Apartment mit Blick in den Hinterhof. Was uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat. Ansonsten sehr freundliches Personal bei der Schlüssel Abholung. Die Apartments sind super zentral gelegen und beinhalten alles was man benötigt. Einkaufen kann man direkt um die Ecke. Wir planen jetzt schon unsere nächste Dublin Reise☘️ und hoffen das wir wieder dort unterkommen 🤗😊

The apartmentwas very nice at first glance. It had great windows overlooking O'Connell Bridge and was extremely centrally located. As a result, it did get to be a little loud on the weekend, but pop on a sound machine and close the windows and you're fine. CityBreak Apartments runs this property and they were very communicative and friendly with us. I would recommend staying here to anyone but would advise them of two things. There were a few things unfinished or in need of repair with the apartment. For example, the sink plunger could be pulled directly out of the sink, the windows were missing their knobs to open, etc. Nothing that would keep me away, but it was odd. The other thing is that the hot water heater isn't an instant hot water heater, nor does it run all day. This wasn't a problem for me, but it's worth noting that the heater is on a timer and though you can override it should you want to take a shower in other parts of the day, you'll have to wait around an hour for the water to heat back up.

Nice place - centrally located
The building is very centrally located and is very easy to get to from the train station. One does need to go to the main office in order to get the keys to the apartment but that is not a problem. It's and easy bus ride or even just a few minutes walking.

Don’t go over ur electricity quota.
Check in was quick and easy. The reason I will not return here is due to the rules and regulations you find in the book on arrival. This is the first place I know that will charge you for electricity if you go over ur quota. I spent more time worrying I might go over than relaxing. On arrival. No hot water. U then have to heat the boiler up for 1 hour as per the instructions. After a 24 hr flight. Not ideal. I should have paid for a hotel. Location is great. Check in was good and easy. But this place failed on the basics.

The location was fabulous and the apartment was nicely renovated and modern. The only issue was the boiler making noise and waking us up in the night.

Location great, everything else not so great
Pro: the location was perfect, within walking distance to so much! Cons: The water heater wasn't working properly the first day so cold shower for me and we waited for it to get fixed. The fire alarm was super sensitive and would go off sometimes with the heater running in the hallway. I cooked breakfast one morning and the heat from the pan (before I even started cooking) set it off continuously. Stuck with the alarm going off while I cooked for the next 25 minutes and all windows open and me fanning the alarm as I cooked. Really loud! Washer/dryer was a nice feature but machine would often stop working for a while after washing so couldn't dry the clothes. Arranged a shuttle pickup through the apartment management company and they forgot. I called them and they eventually got someone to pick us up (good thing I had added some extra time in that morning!).

This apartment is no place for a family with children. The noise level was out of control all three nights. The bars across the street do not quiet down until almost 4am, then there was over night road construction. I got no more than 3 hours sleep each night and my kids were exhausted and now have colds. The room was supposedly non smoking but the couch (which was a hide a bed) reeked of stale cigarettes and made the whole Living room musty and smelling like smoke. Two of my children have lung issues and woke up every morning congested with tight chests. The hot water for the shower was impossible to get to last longer than about 10 minutes and the water heater was loud any time the toilet flushed or water was being used. The windows were not weatherized and they let out cold and LOTS of sound in. Imagine the loudest place you’ve been in, if you can sleep thru that then this apartment is for you.

Der Kontakt mit dem Team von City Break Appartments hat sehr gut finktionkert. Die Schlüssel ohne Probleme bekommen und auch das Appartment sofort gefunden! Eine bessere Lage kann man sich nicht vorstellen! Wir haben dann das Zimmer bezogen und es war alles vorhanden. Einziges Manko das nicht mehr alles zu 100% heil war und auch diverse Sachen wie z.b. Abstellflächen, Wadchbecken, etc ihr besten Zeiten schon hinter sich hatten. Ansonsten kann man auf keinen Fall meckern bei dem Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Wieder gerne!

Looks better than it is.
Located right at the O'Connell bridge the building is right in the mist of the noise. There is a major bus stop next to the building. The reservation was messed up due to a "glitch". They attempted to make up for it by having us move to a "better" room. The room looked nice but it wasn't family friendly. Checking in to this place is a joke. You have to go to a property management office that isn't close to the rental.

A great location to stay in Dublin!!
We had a great stay in the two bedroom apartment on the fourth floor. We bought food for breakfast from the market right across the street. There is also a Subway sandwich place inside. We ate out at the various restaurants in the neighborhood. The place was well located so that we were able to walk to the Temple Bar and St. Stephen's Green areas. The only negative comment I would have to make is that at night, it is very very noisy across the street. People are out and talking even at 3 am in the morning.
