HEATING & COOLING
Glenabbey features ducted heating & cooling in the main living area and master bedroom (upstairs). Cassette heating & cooling has been appointed to the second living area. Ceiling fans are located in bedrooms 2-4 (downstairs). The main living area has a gas fireplace for extra warmth during the cooler months. Portable electric heaters are stored in the wardrobes of bedrooms 2-4.

We were very impressed with the property, its cleanliness and hominess. We felt privileged to stay in the house.One issue was lack of curtains in the Master suit on the doors leading to the balcony, I put a sheet up for privacy and to cut the early morning light, and there was no cover for the plain glass windows in the bathroom.Otherwise it was such a wonderful house.

Pro: Gas fire place was amazing! Great selection of books and games in book nook. Property was clean and well apportioned. Great location for Dubbo Zoo - only a few minutes away. Layout of house was great, especially with kids. Con: Light switches were tricky, unsure which switch was for which light and some didn't work (mainly deck lights, but also some inside). Poolman and lawn mowers came to service pool/mow lawn which we didnt seem to have notice of (they were gone within 30 mins, howeverr would have been nice to have some warning for privacy). Overall was a great stay.

Oasis just outside of Dubbo. Short trip into town. Huge grounds with immaculate lawn and nice pool. House fully stocked with we’ve everything you would ever need. Nice separation of bedrooms for adults and kids making it the perfect family escape. Kids loved the theatre room and the reclining seats! Definitely recommend.
