Easily accessible from major roads like Al Khail Road, connecting you to Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and the Marina within 15 minutes. Taxis and ride-hailing apps (Careem/Uber) are always available, and Dubai Hills Mall offers convenient transport options.

★ Registration of Travelers ★
We will require passport copies (or Emirates ID) from all travelers and visitors at least 24 hours in advance 🕒 to register your stay with community/building security 🛂. We cannot guarantee your arrival if copies of your identification documents are not provided on time ⏳.

★ Arrival and Departure Times ★
Standard check-in time is 3 p.m. and the maximum time is at 11 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges!

★ Access Cards and Keys ★
Your access cards and keys are your ticket to a seamless stay 🔑. Find them inside the apartment 🏠, and feel free to reach out if you need any assistance 📞. Please note that an AED 500 fee will be charged in case of a lost access card or parking card/sticker 🚗.

★ Cleaning and Linen ★
Before your check-in, we`ve gone the extra mile to ensure your space is spotless and welcoming 🧼.

In the master bedroom, you`ll find:

Extra bedding is stashed in your wardrobe for your convenience, including an additional flat sheet and a blanket with a cover. Two more full towel sets are also waiting for you 🧺. If you need extra sets, just let us know 48 hours before check-in at a cost of AED 50/set 💵.

Please refrain from using kitchen towels for cleaning, as grease can cause irreversible damage 🚫. Damaged or missing towels will incur charges upon check-out (AED 70 for a bath towel, AED 40 for a hand towel, and AED 20 for a face towel) 💸.
