Other Things to Note

Once your booking is confirmed, and to ensure a smooth check-in process and comply with Tourism Authority requirements, we kindly ask you to provide your passport/ID details.

Your passport/ID information will only be used for:

Notifying building security of your arrival
Registering your stay with the relevant tourism authorities

The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers check-out cleaning only. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

Late check-out after 12:00 PM without prior approval will be charged at AED 400 per hour and is subject to availability.

Always make sure the door is properly closed.
Ensure the gas is switched off after use.
Please dispose of rubbish in the designated area on the same floor.
