Yes, the unit felt neglected and the customer service was very very poor. We checked in on the 15th Of January, and from the time we checked in until we left the unit felt like it was not clean Properly.
There were also small ants all over the units and it also got into our luggage and the bathroom. I Dead message the host with these concerns and the host did not help at all all The person was saying that they will update the management team.
In my opinion, that’s not fixing the problem and the management team did not come to resolve any of the problems.
The ventilation system/AC was not working properly the whole time we were there it just kept getting extremely cold. I also voiced that to the host, but she did not do anything to rectify the problem. The bathroom tub looked very old with scratches and the bathroom sink has rust and the mirror looked bad.
The whole unit needs extreme renovation. Are going to put their units on the market for an extreme price. They should at least have a decent place to come to.
In Conclusion, I will not be staying here again.
