Since the previous guest may have just checked out, our housekeeping staff will require approximately 2 to 3 hours to complete a full cleaning and inspection to ensure the unit is in perfect condition.

Lost & Found Policy

Please note that any personal items left behind in the apartment after check-out will be securely stored for up to 30 days. If the items are not claimed or no follow-up is received within this period, they will be safely disposed of in accordance with our property management guidelines.

Perishable items, such as food, medicine, and similar goods, will be disposed of immediately for health and safety reasons.
