Things to know
• Additional cleaning with bedding/towels change is available during stay at an extra charge.
• Beach access is available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Guests who wish to use the pool until 10:00 PM may visit the Lacote B1 building pool area.
House rules
• The primary traveler must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
• A copy of a state ID or driver’s license may be requested after booking.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. A $250 fine plus cleaning fees will apply.
• No pets allowed. A $200 fine will apply for violations.
• No parties or illegal substances. Violations may result in fines and/or immediate termination of the stay without refund.
• Guests agree to observe quiet hours between 11PM and 8AM
• Please respect the maximum occupancy. Exceeding it will result in a penalty.
• Unauthorized late check-out will result in a penalty starting at $500.
• Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items or for accidents on the premises.
