Getting Around:

Downtown Dubai is easy to explore on foot, by taxi, Careem, Uber or private car.

• Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain and Souk Al Bahar are within easy walking distance.

• Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera are nearby.

• Taxis and ride-hailing services are widely available throughout Downtown Dubai.

• Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station provides connections to other parts of the city.

• For Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai International Airport, taxi or private car is usually the most convenient option.

Other Things to Note:

Check-in is conducted in person. Please provide your approximate arrival time in advance so our team can coordinate your access smoothly.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM until midnight. Arrivals after midnight require advance arrangement and may be subject to an additional charge.

• Additional mid-stay cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge.

• Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and an additional charge.

• Last-minute extensions may incur an additional charge if scheduled cleaning needs to be cancelled or rearranged.

• Please return all access cards in good condition upon check-out. Lost or damaged cards are subject to a replacement fee of AED 500 per card.

• Please note that this is a professionally managed holiday home, not a hotel.



Before arrival, guests must choose one of the following damage-protection options:

* An AED 3,500 refundable security deposit, refunded after check-out following the property inspection, provided no damage or missing items are identified; or

* Non-refundable Damage Insurance at AED 40 / €10 per night.

Guests will select and complete their preferred option through the secure online guest portal after booking. The selected option must be completed before check-in instructions are issued.
