Our standard check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

Arrivals outside of these hours will incur an additional fee of AED 200, payable at check-in.



Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:

Available only upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges apply.



Guest Registration:

Passport copies for all guests must be submitted prior to check-in for building management registration and to ensure a hassle free check-in



Cleaning Services:

The cleaning fee covers check-out cleaning only. Any extra cleaning during your stay will incur additional charges.



Amenities & Supplies:

Items such as extra linens, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, and cleaning materials are not included but can be provided at an additional cost.

Towels, linens, and toiletries are provided at the start of your stay. Additional requests will be subject to extra charges.
