Q: Can you check in at any time?
A: Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Please share your arrival time at least 48 hours ahead, as the building asks us to meet you at your first check-in. Check-ins after 8:00 PM carry a 300 AED late check-in fee for the extra coordination.
Q: How do I check in?
A: Your key is a digital one, claimed in the Keyless app using the booking reference we send you. No physical keys to collect. One of our team will usually meet you at reception for that first check-in, then you come and go as you please.
Q: Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
A: Where availability allows. Ask us before you arrive, and extra charges may apply.
Q: Is there free parking?
A: Yes, two bays are reserved for you. Your parking cards are inside the apartment, next to the welcome tray.
Q: Is WiFi available?
A: Fast and free. The password is in your welcome message.
Q: What if I need help during my stay?

1. Fresh linens, towels and basic toiletries are provided, and the kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea and cooking basics.
2. Strictly no smoking anywhere in the apartment.
3. Dubai regulations require photo ID for every guest before arrival, and valid physical photo ID at check-in for building access. Without it, check-in may be delayed.
4. Dubai is a fast-growing city and there may be construction nearby during your stay, usually in daytime hours. This is outside our control, and the apartment itself is unaffected.

Parties or gatherings are not permitted. Any signs of parties on the premises warrants a fine of 1,000 AED.
3. Pets
No pets are allowed on the property (even the really cute ones, sorry!🥲)
4. Smoking
This property is non-smoking, including shisha. Please note that the fine for smoking on the property is 1,000 AED.
5. Damages
Please treat the property with care. Any damages or breakages should be reported immediately. Guests may be held responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
6. Occupancy Limits
As indicated in your booking, the property has a strict occupancy limit. Only registered guests are allowed to stay.
7. Security
For your safety, always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property, and ensure that valuables are secured.
