NO SMOKING POLICY
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 5000 smoking fee.
Checkout time and Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 10:00 AM. Any checkout later than 10:00 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. Other things to note: Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 20 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD).
