• Guests are required to submit a soft copy of their passport prior to check-in.

• Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

• The property is intended for residential stays only and may not be used for commercial business operations.

• Please return all access cards in good condition upon check-out. Lost access cards are subject to a AED 600 replacement fee.

• 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking inside will result in additional cleaning and odor-removal charges.
- A refundable Security Deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time Damage Waiver Fee of AED 200 is required before check in
- Quiet hours from 23:00 and 8:00 every day

- Guests must not generate noise that is offending neighbor during arrival, departure or any time during occupancy, especially between 22:00 and 8:00

- Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas
