★ ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES ★
Standard check-in time is 3 p.m. onwards 🕒 ✅, and check-out time is 11 a.m. 🕚. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges 💼!

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance 🛡️. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out 🧼.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home 🚭! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning 🛋️. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a fine of AED 2500 💸.

★ ACCESS CARD ★
Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check-out 🎫. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.
