• No Smoking: Non-smoking property, including the balcony. Smoking incurs a 2,500 AED fine.
• Passport for Check-In: Each guest must provide a passport copy before check-in per Dubai regulations.
• Personal Welcome: As part of Emaar community rules, I’ll greet you in person at check-in to make sure everything’s smooth and you feel at home.
• Access: Enter apartment using the passcode provided.
• Access Card: Return the access card to the marble table at checkout. Replacement fee if lost: 1000 AED.
• Check-Out by 11:00 AM: Late checkout beyond that, a full rate of 1200 AED applies.
• Air Quality Monitor: Wynd device under the sofa must stay on. Turning it off will alert security and the host.
• No Parties/Unregistered Guests: Only booked guests may stay; no parties allowed.
• Damages: Report any damages. Guests are responsible, but early reporting helps all parties.
• Check-Out Cleaning: Dispose of excess garbage in the Garbage Room. We handle the rest.
• Energy Conservation: Please turn off lights/electronics and keep windows closed with A/C on.
• Safety: First aid kit, fire extinguishers, and emergency exits are available.
• In-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for 300 AED.
• Goodwill Agreement: By booking, you agree to act responsibly.
