Slide open the full-length glass doors — they open all the way, letting in a gentle breeze — and step out onto the spacious balcony that stretches from the bedroom to the living room. From here, you can enjoy peaceful mornings or golden sunsets on the comfy outdoor seating set, all while taking in pool views from the third floor. It’s the perfect place to sip coffee, read a book, or simply do nothing at all.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.
Late Check-out fee AED 100/hour.

We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.

Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only.

Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 1500.

Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee.

Please be advised that there are an on-going constructions nearby the building and apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 for each lost access card.
