For those without a car, RTA bus routes are slowly expanding into Town Square, linking it with nearby metro stations such as Mall of the Emirates or Dubai Internet City.

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.
Late check-out fee AED 100/hour.

Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only. Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 1500.

If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee. Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 for each lost access card.
