Welcome to Hill Country Dream Escape! This beautiful ranch home is a luxury destination experience for the whole family! It's located on a quiet country street in with soaring Live Oak trees in West Dripping Springs, which is the gateway to wine country, distilleries, and on the way to the lake communities!
Total Bedrooms: 6-bedrooms. Total Bathrooms: 4.5 bathrooms. Total Sleeping capacity: 18 guests. 3,708 Square Feet. Total property size: 1.87 private wooded acres. The home has its own well water.
LUXURY EXTERIOR FEATURES: Include a seasonally heated pool and large back yard patio with a new 8-seat hot tub, six lounge chairs, a 6-seat outdoor dining table with fire ring, 2 large shade umbrella's and two space heaters. Just below the sky deck is a large outdoor sport/gaming area which includes a beautiful 3-hole putting green and chipping area, bocce ball court, corn hole court, 8-seat picnic table, 6-seat table with fire ring, tree swings, a ranch-style country swing, and additional lounge seating all surround by towering Live Oak trees. The level below the sport and activity area has a large kids play area too! The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival up to a temperature of 82 degrees for a fee of $235 per day. The pool is 7ft deep at the deep end. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions mainly during fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated October 31-March 1 although the hot tub is heated year-round! At the far end of the property is a seasonal creek and deer trails plus a deer feeder to encourage the friendly deer to come around for a visit.

The ground floor has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, plus a cozy living room, 8-seat dining area, gourmet display kitchen with 4-bar seats around the center island, and a speak-easy bar & gaming/poker table, plus a full-size laundry room. Sixth Bedroom/Guest Suite: Two Queen beds, 65” HD Smart TV with Premium Channel Direct TV, living room with couch that becomes full futon bed, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, and full bathroom with shower.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES: The property is very private with 1l87 acres and lots of natural Live Oak and Mesquite trees, sloping towards a seasonal creek. The land is native to a family of 12 deer that roam the property often and encouraged to eat from our nearby deer feeder. In the garage, we have a competition ping pong table, plus corn hole bean bag toss and a bocce ball set that you can play in the front or back yard. So much to do on the property and truly a vacation destination and you will never need to leave the property but there's so much to explore nearby. It's the perfect country hill country getaway and also close to all the wineries, distilleries, microbreweries, and lake communities.
