« Really lovely cottage with everything you could possibly need for your stay, perfect location with family pub at the back, fish and chip shop within walking distance and shop with everything you need over the road. Really comfortable, beds were great, and great location. One thing that let it down slightly as its not clear where they actually are check in details do not give instructions I had to work out that you go into the Mayfield pub (google maps gives you wrong location) we drove up and...

« Really lovely property and enough space for 5 of us. Everything was as described and clean. We had a fabulous 4 night stay and a great location. It was easy to get to York, McArthur Glen and Scarborough. We would definitely return, the owners are lovely and the bonus, a little farm shop. »

« A bit difficult to find because there is no address number on or near the door. Great location in the middle of everything, although a bit noisy into the night because it is in the middle of everthing. No shampoo, conditioner, bath soap provided, but otherwise a really great to stay. »

« Lovely apartment but needed a thorough clean. Walking bearfooted floors felt gritty and a little sticky. Wooden cabinets in kitchen and living area full of greasy fingerprints. Duvet had about a two inch bloody looking stain on it, brought it to their attention, it was returned later in the day in same condition. Sorry to complain but it really spoilt what was otherwise a lovely stay. Nice staff. »

« The property itself was very clean and well situated approximately 2.5 miles from the centre of Scarborough. Check in was easy with a coded key safe. We found the kitchen to be poorly equipped, fortunately we had take a few items ‘just in case’, this could definitely be improved but in no way spoiled our stay! We took a dog with us, the area of the garden with the hot tub is enclosed and secure so he could roam around while we had a soak. All in all a great stay thank you 😊 »

« This was our second stay here for the three of us plus dog. Located near the castle and overlooking the railway, it’s ideally placed. Town is a two minute walk and, although parking is a street away, there was always free spaces. You’ll need reversing skills to get to the property to unload, as the house is on a narrow one way road, with no parking. The property is ideal for four, with two bathrooms and a decent sized kitchen/dining/living area. Happy to say, we’ll look for the property the next...
