« This was an amazing property. Wish we had stayed for more than a night and we're already planning a trip to Key West again just to stay here another time. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Parking deck is directly across the street. Beautiful pool. Near the water (cruise port), a 5 minute walk to Duval Street, and the Truman Little White House was basically next door. Genuinely cannot say enough good things about this hotel. »

« We had a little bit of trouble finding the townhouse. We were able to find the address very easily but the actual entry to the townhouse was a bit tricky as it is tucked away in a commercial development. Once we found the place, everything was a breeze from there and we had a great adult vacation. »

« Nous avons pu tout faire à pied…sauf l’ėpicerie.L’appartement est très bien à l’intėrieur. Il faut cependant savoir que l’extėrieur est peu invitant à cause de la grande proximité et du bruit des climatiseurs. »

« Very nice unit lives up to the listing details. Plenty of room for the four of us and under the building parking made it easy to unload luggage. Nice and quiet location only a few minutes drive from all of the activity but far enough out of the spotlight to unwind and relax. »

« Great location, newly, tastefully decorated apartment. Be advised that you need an access code to enter the gate to the property that is different from the apartment code. You can’t get to your unit without it! »

« After a rough time getting down to Key West and Hertz being closed by the time we got in, Rick really went above and beyond to make sure that our bad travel experience didn’t hamper our week. Just based on Rick’s treatment of us I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo, or any others that are owned by his company. »

« Check in was easy, communication was great, the property was beautiful. If you’re on the second level by the pool, get ready to wrestle your luggage up the stairs! Also the room I was staying in had the lowest water pressure I’ve ever seen! Pool was having issues, but they addressed it promptly. »

« La péniche est extrêmement sale. Nous avons dû enlever la MOUSSE de poussière sur les cadrage de Fenetre afin de pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres. Il y a la porte potio qui ne barre pas donc comme sécurité c’est pas fort. Odeur indésirable dans la péniche . Literie douteuse!! Les édredons sur les lits sont poussiéreuse, tu bouges les rideaux des fenêtres et la poussière tombe . Domage car ça beaucoup de potentiel mais c’est trop mal entretenu et très négligé. « Cute little cottage perfect for my wife and I. Location is ideal for those who want to be in the heart of old town , only a block from Duval and within a stone’s throw of several great places to get drinks or food. The home is older , but was clean and comfortable. We had to reach out to the owners for two small issues which were addressed very quickly. »
