« The staff at the hotel were super friendly and addressed any issue immediately. We walked in the room & the couch was not put together - all drawers open wide - the phone in the room did not work. Front desk immediately had someone inspect the room and apologized for the trouble. No word on the phone - said they were replacing when they do the next remodel. »

« The staff was welcoming. We were greeted with some very fine chocolates. The room was excellent and the bed extremely comfortable. We had a snack and a drink in the bar area and service was outstanding. The day we left we had a little time to kill and read in the parlor next to a cozy fireplace sipping toddies.
