« This property was very misleadingly listed. It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking. The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. « Amazing stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel is also very well located, making it easy to visit Amsterdam and move around the city. The staff was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We especially appreciated the quality of the facilities and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. »
