« The home was clean and the amenities were as described. Communication with the host could have been a bit clearer. There were several unhoused individuals in the surrounding area; although they did not approach or bother us, the environment may be something families with children want to be aware of. »

It was well appointed, spacious, had lovely patios, front and rear, and was very, very close to lots of shops and restaurants. But it was not on top of them. « Nice place! Split bedroom floor plan was great for the four of us. We loved the pool and hot tub. Also, beautiful trail access from the property and communication was great. »

« Home was very clean. It's located on a main street, but we weren't bothered by noise. Very easy check in. Lots of parking. Large kitchen with loads of dishes and cooking utensils. Plenty of condiments and spices on hand. Host is very responsive. New washer and dryer. Large rooms and lots of sleeping and lounging space. Very close to Banner Main, U of A, and plenty of eating spots. Not posh or luxurious, but excellent stay for the price. »

« Perfect casita. Very clean. Perfectly appointed. Convenient location. Quiet area in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood. Perfect for one , a couple with fur baby or child. There is also a sofa-couch. Its southwestern charm is perfectly set. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable and felt at home. »

The rental was easy to find and very clean, cozy and comfortable…particularly the bed. Were enough supplies to get us started on our stay. Location was good as well to go on various day trips. « The home is really well appointed! Everything you could think of was there and right at your fingertips. It was clean and beautifully maintained. The yard was great.The master bed mattress is worn out however. It needs to be replaced as it sags and rolls you into the middle.It made for not good sleep which was the only downfall. »
