We were very pleased with the property it is very stylish and has everything you need they have thought of ever plus we were left a bottle of Prosecco and milk whuch was a nice suprise. The communication with the hosts was excellent before and during our stay. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and great that there is tvs in all rooms. »

« I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam »

« The pictures don't do it justice, the house is absolutely beautiful and so spacious. Ideal location. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING, the house is so well equipped and has literally everything you could possibly need. Hosts were fabulous and so responsive and even included a welcome basket with wine, treats and bread and milk. We couldn't believe how cheap it was for the location, amenities and house in general. We will 100% be back »

« We stayed here last April (2023) and it was fine but the back garden was a disappointment and we andvised them of this issue. Unfortunately, even though the drain has been sorted the garden has gotten much worse and needs attention for little cost. Also the neighbours hang their washing over the fence which isn’t a very nice sight to see in a morning. The house itself is fine with everything you need. A long mirror somewhere downstairs would be helpful and a mirror in the first floor bathroom...

« The little house is beautifully decorated and clean, with comfy beds, good quality tasteful furnishings, nice modern kitchen with everything you need. The only downside for us was the road alongside the property garden - a lovely courtyard, secure for the dogs but quite a lot of noise from passing idiots driving too fast or on awful noisy motorbikes. Didn’t spoil our stay but it is a shame, as the house is well located for fabulous walks and sightseeing but the road is a drawback. Otherwise...

« Amazing property that is kept upto a great standard and a good short walk to the centre of sheffield. Very easy to check in. The whole house is very clean and well looked after with the beds being really comfy. Would definitely recommended to anyone who wants to stay in Sheffield for however long. »

« The house was great for our annual Christmas gathering. The home was warm and cosy despite the cold weather and we were very comfortable. Jo, the owner lives next door and made us welcome. »

« The property was set in beautiful grounds just off Penistone Road. It was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities that we needed and Annie was a very welcoming annd helpful host. Just across the road was Greno Wood which had many woodland walks, or runs, on our doorstep. Also close by is Chapeltown with restaurants and shops. Also there is a swimming pool nearby. Would definitely recommend. »

« Positives: The house was large with nice grounds. There was a nice walk to the local pub. The bedrooms overall were nice. Technical issues: • The hot tub kept tripping the fuseboard. So we missed out on the tub on the Friday night. • A few more dishwashing tablets would have been helpful, as would bin bags • The outside staircase up to the building had large spaces between the bars, which is dangerous for small kids. We suggest a simple wire in the middle of these to ensure kids don’t fall...
