« Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly »

« Recently renovated room in amazing conditions, equipped with AC, very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood at a 10-15 min walk from the center of Holetown. Great communication with the manager, very responsive. The room as has no glass windows, which gives it a great vibe, yet it is more sensitive to any noise outside. »

« This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered.
I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account. I also paid $65 to get to the Melbourne Apartments from the airport so that is also a waste. Plus the Uber to get to the new place was an additional $40.
I have been...
