« This was our first time staying in a Home2 Suites and we loved it! Everyone was super nice from the registration desk to the breakfast staff to the housekeeping staff. Very accommodating with whatever we asked for. Property is very well kept, common areas also kept neat and tidy. Appreciated the hot fresh coffee 24/7, the fire pit outside and the outdoor pool area. « Rooms were clean, the gentlemen at the front was awesome! But checking in is horrible you have to go to the embassy suits beside it to check in. We came back from Dollywood and the key wouldn’t work so had to go back to the embassy suits and redo them. It’s a mess. The parking spots are very small too. Once you get in it’s hard to open your doors and get out. »

« I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. When the doors to the hotel opens, the first thing was how beautiful the lobby is. The check in was a breeze. The sweet lady at check in told me about the movies and popcorn. We went upstairs to go to our room, and upon opening our door the room was huge and clean. The bed was super comfortable as well.
