Hôtel propre et hyper spacieux
Chambre super spacieuse et propre, dommage qu’il y ait eu un problème avec la climatisation et le réglage de température, ainsi qu’avec la tv ( très peu de chaînes et mauvaise réception ). Rien à dire sur l’hôtel en lui-même, par contre le sourire à la réception de la part de certaines personnes que l’on a l’air de déranger, ne serait pas superflu ! Il devrait être notifié que la piscine est fermée.

This ultra modern tower is amazing and for a 5* was very good value rates. An amazing rooftop pool and views. Great value buffet breakfast and used dinner room service that was very efficient and tasty. The hotel is very close to metro so ideal for airport transfer and a further afield into Doha. Located very near Corniche area that is walkable. Would definitely stay again. A 5* stay.

İ use smoke and No smoking in any rooms in the hotel. You have to go to the pool floor to smoke. a situation that disturbs the comfort of the person. I don't want to stay again.!!

Excellent stay , will surely come back again , on observation about the TV week signal and kept on freezing every min , called for IT help and also complained about poor channels selection programmed in the TV , no IT help arrived and no apology !!

W杯観戦にて利用。最寄りのメトロ駅から少し歩きます。建物自体は大きくキレイ。プールやジムも使えるのがGOOD。屋上のプールからの眺めは圧巻!バスルームが少々使いづらかったものの、スタッフさんの対応も良く快適に過ごせました。さすがの5つ星。 但し、周辺徒歩5分の中に隣接ホテルのレストランとスーパーが1つくらいしかなく(当然ホテル内外に飲酒できる場所も無く)、あまり便利の良い場所ではないかな。。ドーハのWESTBAYエリアは発展途上のビジネス街なので恐らくどこもそんな感じでしょう。1駅近く15~20分程度も歩けばショッピングモールなどがある辺りに行けるので、それはそれでアリ。治安も悪くないので女子のみでも問題なし。ダウンタウンのムシャリブあたりに出るのもタクシー使えれば楽勝です。

Went for the first week of the World Cup, got this reservation really late. But, my son and I were very pleased with this hotel. Beautiful room, great view and great staff. Our only complaint is when we were in the trying to watch games, the tv was freezing up. Other then that everything was really great.

Relatively close to a subway station, but otherwise in a barren area. Very spacious room, but room service was not performed, one day only after i asked, the next day someone simply dropped a couple of towels on the table. Breakfast buffet looked ok but pretty much every single item was cold or tasted like it had been there for a week.

A really nice hotel with extremely poor service
The service though was terrible. The moment we arrived to our hotel and checked in, the staff argues with us and demands us to pay for the room, although we have already paid for it through hotels.com. We settled the argument when they checked our reservation again, and apologised for missing on the payment information attached to the reservation. We settled down into our room after a 6 hour flight. The restaurants were not open due to the hotel having covid restrictions and we ordered food to our room through a food delivery service. The lights in the dining area stayed on even though we turned all the lights off. We called the roomservice, they sent us an ”engineer” to fix the lights. His solution was to turn off the electricity from the dining area rendering it useless. We decided to make a complaint to hotels.com for bad service. The room was not cheap and its a 5 star hotel. The elevator smelled of cigarettes and we found a cigarette butt there. After our complaint the front desk calls us at 4.30am to talk with us about the complaint, waking us up with the call. We asked them to call us in the morning and discuss the complaint then. We asked them to call us after 9.am, they called us at 8am. Hotels.com could not reach the manager even if it was a business day. They told us to wait 2-4 hours. We waited for 7 hours. They were purposely avoiding us until we asked them to refund us all except the previous night, so we could finally just switch hotels.

Best quality, comfort and cleanliness! 💖
A beautiful hotel inside and out, with unparalleled service. The bellmen and housekeeping staff are courteous, responsive and very helpful. The reception staff is quick to field calls for room service and help with any special requests. The gym has some of the best views from the floor to ceiling windows along with clean, quality equipment. The pool is amazing. Although it was not open during our stay we were given a tour, which we appreciated. Overall, The Bentley Luxury Hotel and Suites must be one of the best hotels in Qatar, because it hits all high marks and remains affordable even though it has a luxurious feel. Our 24 day stay was delightful and we look forward to our next booking here. Insha ALLAH

Top. 5-Starne mit sehr großen Zimmern
Nagelneues 5 Sterne Hotel mit SEHR großen Zimmern zum guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, leider nicht ganz zentral. Ich habe nach der Qarantäne in dem Hotel verlängert. - es git zwei getrennte Bereiche.
