Magnifique hôtel, très propre et excellent emplacement, juste à 3mn du métro ligne gold et à 5 mn du célèbre souk wakif. Personnels au top à l'accueil spécialement kaoutar et son collègue le jeune marocain désolée je me rappelle pas de son nom qui était au top et toujours disponible sans oublier Abdellah ( Abdou) qui a toujours le sourire et propose ses services. Chambre très grande avec balcon vue le souk et très propre bien aménagées et surtout il y'avait la machine Nespresso avec des capsules tout les jours et du thé chose que j'ai apprécié beaucoup. Malheureusement j'ai pas essayé le petit déjeuner. Une chose que je regrette dans cet hôtel j'ai pas pu accéder à la chambre jusqu'à 15 h malgré je suis arrivée très tôt le matin, j'avais pris le vol de nuit. j'étais obligé de laisser ma valise et aller se balader jusqu'à 15 h comme c'est leur heure exacte. Pas d'exception. Sinon tout était au top rien à dire le service et le personnel qui est très gentil. Merci à l'équipe.

Très bon hôtel. A recommander.
Très bel hôtel. Idéalement situé à côté du souk. Les chambres sont très grandes. Literie de très bonne qualité. Si possible, demandez une vue souk plus agréable que la vue de l'autre côté qui donne sur les travaux. Dans tous les cas l'insonorisation est top. Propreté nickel. Le staff est très pro et toujours la pour vous aider si besoin. Petit déj servi à table. Plutôt complet qualité moyenne mais ça va. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

C'est un hôtel chic au décor raffiné, tout y est propre, parfumé, beau sans trop en faire. Confort absolu avec café et thé dans dans chambre, super douche italienne, bref, parfait !

Un bel hôtel parfaitement situé, à deux pas du souk. Les chambres sont belles et agréables et une belle vue sur le souk et la place. La piscine n’est pas exceptionnelle, mais on n’y va pas pour ça !

Superbe hotel irréprochable en tout point, seul bémol il n'y a pas d'alcool dans cet hotel 5 étoiles ce qui n'étais pas un problème pour nous, cependant sur hotel.com dans les détails c'est inscrit qu'il y a un bar alors ca devrais être enlever car il n'y en a pas.

Great hotel, spacious room, nice balcony overlooking Souq Al Najada. Had a VIP stay however the hotel didn't recognise my Expedia status so didn't offer any upgrade. The suhoor breakfast option was really good, big portions, tasty and varied. The hotel has a pool on the first floor, also tried the buffet breakfast on Eid day and the following days, nice options with food, fresh pastries and bakery, egg station for omelette, egg benedict etc waffle and pancake stations. The hotel is just across Souq Waqif so conveniently located.

Charming hotel near Souq Waqif
I arrived at the hotel just before 6 PM, and Adel at the reception checked me in quickly. He was very helpful and provided a detailed overview of the surrounding areas of the hotel. The breakfast team was highly attentive and respectful, ensuring that all my needs were met. The ambiance was delightful, and there was an abundance of delicious food to choose from. The staff was extremely professional and courteous throughout my stay. I plan on returning to Al Najada in the future, and I would highly recommend it to others.

Nice, But Misleading
The room was very nice, very comfortable. Only downside was our Deluxe Souq Piazza View room didn't have a view of the souq at all. It was in a corner next to the elevator with only a sideways view of an enclosed courtyard, across the street from the souq, so a bit of misleading description of the accommodation. Just FYI.

The staff were as helpful as they could be however that are not enough of them at the reception desk would needed. The Laundry service was poor. I only just received an item I put in for dry cleaning the day before as I was leaving the building 28 hours later. Café and the breakfast service preferred to be paid in cash rather than putting it on account. Wasn't these minor issues the hotel isn't a great location and the staff to try the best.

This was a great place to stay for one or multiple days. Near the metro and souq waqif, we were able to explore and still use our hotel as home base. The views were great, the pool was lovely, and the included breakfast was absolutely incredible, definitely a highlight. Hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

The hotel, all it's staff - including reception staff, restaurant and baggage handlers are so polite and welcoming, nothing is ever too much trouble. The hotel is in a good location for all the main attractions in Doha, easily accessible via an Uber (would recommend Uber as they are cheaper to get around especially with a family)

All was better than great, the kindest staff I’ve met on my trips and the room was big, clean and beautiful, and super quiet. Just what we needed for our transit. Restaurant’s food was delish.
