« Initially both Ariela and Celeste were nice and friendly but towards the end of our stay they were not as receptive and/or understanding to our needs. Celeste was difficult to speak with, lacked understanding and at times she became argumentative. I understood that check-out was at 11pm but felt pressured because Celeste showed up at 10:30pm to conduct an inspection of the property which did not go well. « We had the best time at Juanchy's beautiful villa. The space is super comfortable and the decor is tasteful. The pictures don't do justice at all. Juanchy made sure we knew the best spots in town to visit and eat and overall we enjoyed the whole experience. We would definitely visit again and for a longer duration.
