« We had a great stay in this beautiful house. The kitchen was well equipped, all the beds were comfy, and the bonus room was great for the kids.The host was very very responsive to our sometimes -dumb questions.The location is beautiful. The heating system kept us cosy without being too warm or too cold. The electric fireplace was perfect for taking the chill off the living room. Overall we had a wonderful Family Weekend at Big Bear Chalet. »

« This chalet was beautiful, located conveniently in close proximity to the parking lot & alpine lodge/lifts and was well stocked and simply a great place to recharge! We ran into some issues (microwave appeared to be working however it didn’t produce heat, hot tub had an error code and lost heat during our stay from 104 to 95). These are the only things that made this stay a 4 star vs 5 star review. We would stay here again! »

« Very nice place But really only 1 bedroom. A bathroom door would be nice. And would love VRBo To change their policy for communication and be able to have phone numbers to call and talk to the owner. Or at least text. Owner was on the property and wouldn’t say hello or wave or even smile. But having a fenced yard and dog friendly makes up for everything else. Would absolutely stay here again. »

"Magnifique sĂ©jour ! La chambre Ă©tait trĂšs belle et trĂšs chic. L’hĂŽtel est moderne, trĂšs propre et le staff est adorable. Petit bĂ©mol pour le petit-dĂ©jeuner en chambre, un peu cher et pas si bon, en plus d’arriver froid. Le restaurant Ă©tait incroyable, le coin piscine, hot tub, sauna et steam room vraiment un plus, trĂšs trĂšs agrĂ©able et idĂ©alement placĂ© ! On reviendra ! "
