« The property was warm and had everything we needed for a few days away. It could do with a new stair carpet and we couldn't get the TV in the bedroom to work? It came equipped with cooker, toaster, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hoover etc. The beds we found comfortable. The area was quiet. Street parking and was on a slight incline. »

« The apartment has plenty of space and the location is nice with very easy access to the train and lovely restaurants on Lark Street a short walk away. Easy street parking right in front of the house & the door access code is provided in advance for easy check-in/out process. We enjoyed eating at the kitchen table with enough space for our family. However, this house definitely needs some TLC and updates. Living room couches are stained, the chair is falling apart, shower door broken so water...

« Have to say the real selling point for this property is its location; 10-15 mins walk from the city centre.Having said that the cleanliness really let down this property.Cobwebs in the bedrooms, atleast a years worth of crumbs down the side of the sofa, microwave dirty, toaster needs emptying and splash back behind cooker covered in fat. A very cold property but the lovely beds and furnishings helped! »

« House is cute, NOT ADA accessible at all! Lots of stairs, the blinds and curtains were broken in the primary bedroom. The dryer shorted out in the laundry room each time we tried to use it. Communication with host was sporadic, I didn’t get the wifi information till the day before we left! »

« A thoroughly lovely experience from start to finish. The property is a large Victorian house with lovely period features. All rooms are spacious and the kitchen is huge with every amenity needed. All bedrooms are en-suite large bedrooms.The host was very helpful and nothing too much trouble. New Brighton is a lovely family orientated seaside town. Had such an absolutely amazing break »
