« Russell is a charming small town in the Bay of Islands, and this studio provided the perfect place to explore the area. It is a lovely studio, with a breathtaking view of the bay, and within easy walking distance to everything in the town. To sit out on the patio in the evening with a glass of wine, we thought we had found paradise…. Highly recommended!! »

« Lovely 2-bedroom cottage in a quiet location close to town centre. Plenty of room, good wifi, well equipped kitchen. John and Ruth were wonderful, welcoming hosts with plenty of great suggestions for local activities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the bed, which was king-sized, was a little too soft, as we like a firm bed. »

« I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The property is nestled next to an olive orchard, creating a truly peaceful and unique setting. « Cleaniness can be improved, specially in wet areas in the toilet and behind bedside tables. Cutlery was bare minimum. Minor additions such as a pairing knife or scissors are welcomed. »

« James and Faye were lovely hosts. They helped us anywhere they could. The place was comfortable and well equipped. Absolutely stunning views! We all loved the pool and spa pool. We had a wonderful time and I’m sure we’ll back again one day. Thank you for everything! »

« I was unsure where the apartment was. Had I known it was called "Waterfront" then that would have been easier - Instead I had 2 addresses 98 & 100 Marsden Road. Turned out I could not see those numbers. Anyhow, went to neighbouring property and they said it was Waterfront. Got all parked up, and went to go to lock box when I was meeted & greeted which was really helpful. The apartment was excellent, clean and spacious. Good kitchen, had a sea view. Cannot fault the apartment - It was perfect....
