« Paihia Waterfront Apartment was excellent! As like many others said, it was very clean. Perfect location in town to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, ferry to Russell and to marina to board Bay of Islands cruises. My husband and I loved hanging out on our little patio in the evenings to enjoy the beautiful weather. John, was very helpful during our stay and provided great recommendations. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. »

« We loved staying in Opua. It is quieter, low-key area, but 7 minutes away, by car, from Paihia. The windows and views are incredible! There is a little fish and chips shop that is really good a couple steps away. One thing of note: The ferry starts ramping up at 5:30 am, and shuts down at 10 p.m. While it is totally entertaining during the day, our friends staying in the second bedroom would hear it, as well as get a spotlight in the window. That said, the place was so good, it still gets a 10...

« I was unsure where the apartment was. Had I known it was called "Waterfront" then that would have been easier - Instead I had 2 addresses 98 & 100 Marsden Road. Turned out I could not see those numbers. Anyhow, went to neighbouring property and they said it was Waterfront. Got all parked up, and went to go to lock box when I was meeted & greeted which was really helpful. The apartment was excellent, clean and spacious. Good kitchen, had a sea view. Cannot fault the apartment - It was perfect....
