« A lovely property, very clean, and everything you might need was available (such as crockery/cutlery/fridge/cooker). The owners were busy but fully available for any queries you may have - both charming people. Blackpool centre/Tower etc are very close, a few minutes walk, but the area around the property was quiet and i felt safe entering or leaving the property. The trams on the promenade are also a few minutes walk away. »

« Great property, exactly as advertised. Triple bunk has plenty of room. Only negative was bathroom sink is ridiculously small and has a shelf/mirror positioned directly above it so makes cleaning teeth, filling kettle, washing cups etc very difficult. »

« Travelled for a birthday in Blackpool with my children and grandchildren. Ideal place to use as opposed to booking 4 hotel rooms. Very well equipped and ideally situated just a few minutes from the seafront and tram stops. Quiet area too. Some of the fittings are starting to show their age, but only to be expected at the end of the season. Would definately use again. »

"No one there at check in, had to wait for the person to appear for more than 10 minutes. Room not very clean, stank of smoke., Very tired and due to the lack of response from reception I decided to open the window and put up with it. "
