« There was a mix-up with our arrival time, so the room had not been serviced when we arrived, but Lou had the cleaners in for a couple of hours shortly after. The amenities and the area are outstanding. Right in the middle of town with lots of great shops and restaurants. There was supposed to be a guest instruction book for restaurants, places to go, and some operating instructions -- but it had nothing in it. It was really an issue when we tried to do a quick wash with no instructions...

« Unfortunately whilst this is advertised as a flat, it is actually only a room. I should have seen this when booking. The WC/shower room is small. This is my own personal experience of my stay. During my stay there were inconsiderate guests banging doors at all times and I had a guest in the room next to me who had their tv on all night. Not great when you are working, not getting in until 11pm and leaving at 6am. The landlady & landlord of the pub were very friendly & helpful, as myself and...
