« We had a great time at this property with my husband, sister, our 2 teenager children and our Schnoodle dog. We loved the excellent location, comfortable beds, having two full bathrooms (lovely showers, no baths) and tasteful decoration. « There was a mix-up with our arrival time, so the room had not been serviced when we arrived, but Lou had the cleaners in for a couple of hours shortly after. The amenities and the area are outstanding. Right in the middle of town with lots of great shops and restaurants. There was supposed to be a guest instruction book for restaurants, places to go, and some operating instructions -- but it had nothing in it. It was really an issue when we tried to do a quick wash with no instructions...

« Unfortunately whilst this is advertised as a flat, it is actually only a room. I should have seen this when booking. The WC/shower room is small. This is my own personal experience of my stay. During my stay there were inconsiderate guests banging doors at all times and I had a guest in the room next to me who had their tv on all night.
