« We stayed in this property for a week from the 24th to the 31st of october and i would recomend this property to anyone who wants a clean well kept caravan.It was an added bonus that it has a hottub available to use .The hosts dawn and mark left us a little welcome hamper on arrival which was a nice touch. « The caravan itself was perfect for its price. Decently hygienic and basic utilities. However, the hot tub after one use wasn’t maintained by staff, it wasn’t treated and therefore started to look murky and smelt unusual. The host wasn’t very easy to contact, was left in the dark about utilities until the day before and didn’t respond for 2 weeks using Expedia app nor didn’t answer when messaged about hot tub condition and wasn’t told how to use the heating. " On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
