« The rooms were a good size with living and kitchen room separate bedroom. The rooms could be very nice but was lacking on the clean side with dust and some maintenance needed. Wanted to make an hot drink on arrival but only one cup so had to go and buy some, there was no cloth to dry cups up after washing. Didn't use the dishes as they were dusty. There was a lack of shelving in the bathroom to put toiletries away. Contact with the owners was excellent. »

Only reasons for 4 start over 5 are small areas for improvement: Little more attention to detail on cleaning needed - dirty used tray in oven/ food debris in cutlery tray. Would also appreciate communication re access to property being sent a little sooner, was worried it wouldn't be sent. »

"Hotel is very modern and clean. Very easy to walk to from Hull Train Station. Have stayed here a few times now. Less fussed about our afternoon tea booking at the Lexington, where we shared a room with a wedding reception, when our function was a 70th birthday. This wasn’t properly stated when we booked and impacted our enjoyment of the session."
