« I have been to Liverpool before but none the likes of this one. The property provided my friend and I with ample room to circulate in addition to having our own private space. The amenities were excellent, as well. It was near transportation hubs, and the a short distance away from the City Centre. This will not be the last time I stay there. Highly recommended by yours truly! »

Was on the phone to customer service for over an hour with no help, got passed through to vrbo again with no help. Have sent multiple emails complaining with no resolution after almost a week. Demand a full refund for the accommodation we were unable to get into and unable to stay in!!!’ »
