« On arrival, net curtains and untidy garden does not give a good impression. The property stank of smoke which air Fabrise and air freshener could not overcome. Kitchen was immaculate but cooker was rusty. The property is in need of an update.After reviewing the photos we sent him, Adam from Air Manage Suffolk arranged a refund »

« We were 5 adults and a baby plus two English Pointers! Brook Farm was big enough that we didn’t feel on top of each other and there was always plenty to do. My 22 year old daughter spent most of the week in the hot tub…once you get the hang of lighting the fire it is quite straightforward, the trick is to plan ahead! We all enjoyed an evening and wet afternoon in the games barn. It’s the garden and pond that were the main attractions for me though…our dogs were in heaven and I was able to relax...

« Excellent accommodation and pretty well everything we needed provided - tasty tin of biscuits as a welcome. No complaints whatsoever - just what was needed to give our escape for a few days a perfect base to work from. »

« Lovely property in quiet county setting. We were a group on 8 friends staying for a long weekend. Plenty of space for us all to sit and relax. Well equipped kitchen, had everything needed to make our stay memorable. An hours walk across the fields to Southwold with its old fashioned pier, fish and chips and Adnams brewery and distillery. We booked a tour of Sizewell B nuclear power station that was well worth a visit! »

« The property was spacious and comfortable with original paintings of local scenes and some bold abstract pieces.The back yard could do with a little TLC and the hot water wasn’t quite warm enough for a bath but overall we had an enjoyable stay! »

« A beautiful cosy ex fisherman's cottage, very traditional feel. Well appointed and superbly situated in Southwold. Clean and welcoming, excellent communication with owners. Definitely like to visit again. »

« Just back from a 2 night stay to visit family. All I can say is WOW! We absolutely loved the house. From the outside it looks small but you get inside and it is light and spacious. The main bedroom was a big talking point with the space saving stairs! It just added to the whole character of the house.We enjoyed a lovely meal at the ship pub down the road and a walk to the beach.We will certainly be booking again next year! »
