« Absolutely loved it ! The view was awesome best thing to way up to and awesome sunrise/sunsets.Awesome place warm and cosy we stayed up stairs not sure what down stairs would be like for heat Dog friendly and my dog loved it so much, easy beach access down a lovely bushy walkThe only thing that was an inconvenience was having no tea towels so we had to wait for the dishes to drip dry »

« This is our second time at this bach and we love it, beautiful local natural attractions, fabulous beach and beach walks, excellent fishing, comfortable accommodation, everything you need for a relaxed or active getaway, whatever you feel like. Excellent communication with the property manager. We will definitely be back. Love it here. »

« This was a perfect location for us to stay for the Kinloch Offroad Challenge. Only 5 minutes walk from the start/finish. We stayed for 7 nights and spent time checking out Taupo while there. So glad we did this, as Kinloch has so much character and it was easy to travel the 20 min drive into Taupo for the touristy things we did in town and such a relaxing place to come back to. Out of Auckland, Wellington and Rotarua this was the highlight of our 3 week trip. »

« The cottage was perfect for our overnight needs. The kitchen was modern, clean and well-stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable and we loved eating a home-cooked meal on the deck. The night bugs were out when the sun went down so we didn’t spend time on the porch after dinner. The water views were lovely - we just wish we had more time to swim! The owner was in contact quickly with lots of useful information. The property is in a neighborhood that is fairly remote. We stopped in Kawhia...

« Loved the stylings - catholic collection of cutlery, bedding, and stuff in the bach. Nice and old school (pun intended!). Had everything you could need. The fire was great, homely, warming. We loved getting away from it all in Awakino. Just enough to do and not to do. The view / location was ataahua. Beautiful place in the world. Thank you for sharing this place. »
